Silent Sit-In Protest on occassion of Kashmiri Pandit Exodus Day

Roots in Kashmir, observe a silent sit in protest to commemorate the Kashmiri Pandit Exodus Day on 19^th Jan. The Kashmiri Pandits mark this day as a grim reminder of their 24th year in exile, as refugees in their own country.

 

In a silent sit in they will remember all those who were lost to the 1^st wave of fanaticism which was followed by targeted killings, rapes, arson, massacres and destruction of their religious places which forced Kashmiri Pandits to exile.
