It is a gory reminder of how because of the apathy of the government of India Bitta Karate, a dreaded serial killer is a free man today while the relatives of his victims still await justice.
He killed more than 20 people in the most brutal manner. The prosecution did not frame any charges on him for 17 long years. The courts of this nation had no option but to let him free.
Let us all resolve to bring this cold blooded murderer to justice.
